Registration and Payment Process Policy


Team is required to register their team and player roster through the National Championship Sports website


Team is required to have insurance that they can purchase through any carrier or they can purchase through National Championship Sports. A certificate of insurance is required to be part of the tournament documents. Team that does not have insurance coverage, nor can produce a certificate of insurance at the time of the pre-tournament team certification will not be permitted to participate in the tournament and forFeit their entry fee (no refund).


You can enter tournaments by visiting the tournament page on with direct link for registering your team or by also visiting and choosing the tournament you wish to enter.

Your team will placed on waiting list until payment is received, All teams are required to pay the tournament entry fee in full before the tournaments sells out or two (2) weeks prior the tournament start date. Understand that the entry fee listed is for mailed in fee payment.

Entry fee paid by credit card is charged an additional 5% fee for credit card company processing fee.



Entry is assured only upon full payment receipt of the tournament fee.

Refunds are not issued to a team who drops out within 30 days prior to the start of the tournament.

In the event a payment by check is received that isreturned due to insufficient funds, a $25.00 not sufficient fund (NSF) fee will be charged and all future tournaments that the team wishes to participate in will be required to pay by credit card.

Online payment with debit or credit card.

Credit card fee of 5% will be added to the entry fee amount.Visa MasterCard American ExpressPayment by debit/credit card or check must included the full entry fee amount. There are no payment plans. If payment is received prior to the 2 week deadline your team will be guaranteed a spot in the tournament you have selected to play in. If payment is received after the 2 week deadline date, then your team will be placed on a waiting list. If your team does not get into the tournament you will be refunded 100% of your entry fee, less any applicable credit card fees.


No refunds within 30 days of the tournament when dropping out. In the event a tournament is cancelled by weather or any other occurrence beyond the control of the Kino Baseball League every effort will be made to complete the tournament.

EXCEPTION:  100% REFUND in the event of cancellation due to the current pandemic.

Schedules may change, games shortened. A two (2) event may become a one (1) day event.

Tournament cancelled prior to the start date a full refund less $25.00 administrative fee.


   1. No game played: Full refund less $25.00 administrative fee
   2. One (1) game started: 50% refund
   3. Two (2) or more games started: No refund
