STAY AND PLAY EVENT

The All-American Baseball Showcase event is hosted by the Kino Baseball League, Tucson, Arizona and is a “stay and play” event that will require all participating teams to lodge with the hotel partners of the Kino Baseball League.

Teams that decide to OPT out and not stay in one of the preferred hotels will be required to pay $1,000 directly to the Kino Baseball League prior to be scheduled of playing their first game in the tournament.

It is understood that if a team fails to pay the $1,000 penalty, the team will not be permitted to play in the showcase event.

ROOMING LIST

Teams are required to book minimum 6 rooms

Teams must submit a complete team rooming list with confirmation numbers, arrival dates and departure dates on/or before August 20, 2019 to the Hotel Travel Reservation Agent Florayne Santos at email: sflorayne@gmail.com or ph: 520-850-4826 between 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday. Mountain Standard Time Arizona.
